The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing & reviewing electrical designs, drawings, and calculations for industrial and Oil & gas infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements**What You'll Lead and Deliver**:* Review the Project RFQ and ensure that the project scope is executed in line with the customer requirements and sale commitments* Responsible for leading project design & execution activities and assign activities to available team members* Review of the engineering documentation* Review technical offers and ensuring compliance to project specifications* Work with the project planning team for development of detailed schedule and progress trackers for different phases of the project (engineering, construction, testing & commissioning)* Responsible for coordination with the suppliers for engineering and project deliverables* Coordinate with the site execution team for the safe & timely execution of project#### Requirements**To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:*** Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering* 4 - 6 years experience in oil & gas, industrial and/or petrochemical engineering projects.* Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, ATEX, NEC etc) related to Electrical systems.* Experience of working with Electrical design / analysis software like ETAP, Dialux etc* Must have know how for effort estimation for the project engineering and budgeting* Shall have experience of design of Low Voltage Switchgear & MCC's, Medium Voltage Switchgear & MCC's, AC & DC UPS systems, Transformer Systems, Power Management Systems, VFD & Soft starters* Knowledge of installation & commissioning activities for above systems will be an additional advantage* Knowledge of containerized substation & E-house will be added advantage* Shall have basic understanding of the HVAC system design**We Offer Competitive Benefits:*** **Global Exposure:** Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.* **Competitive Compensation:** A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.* **In-House Lunch:** Delicious meals provided during work hours to keep you fueled and focused.* **Health Insurance:** OPD coverage, plus IPD coverage.* **Learning Opportunities:** Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.* **Work-Life Balance:** Paid time off, including annual leave and holidays.* **Inclusive Environment**: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.At INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
