Job Overview:

We're looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in On-page, Off-page, and Local SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, be up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, and know how to rank websites locally and globally across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Local SEO)
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
  • Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building tactics
  • Create and manage local listings (Google Business Profile, citations, directories)
  • Track, report, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO best practices
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven SEO experience (with results to show)
  • Strong knowledge of Google ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
  • Solid understanding of Local SEO ranking strategies
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing multiple websites or client accounts
  • Knowledge of technical SEO (schema markup, page speed optimization, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of paid marketing campaigns and how SEO fits in
