As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing lock and key services to our clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace locks and other security devices
- Create new keys and duplicate existing ones
- Respond to emergency lockouts and provide timely solutions
- Assess security needs of clients and recommend appropriate measures
- Maintain accurate records of services provided
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in locksmithing preferred but not required
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
