We're expanding our marketing team to scale our outreach efforts and need a strategic Email Marketing Specialist to craft high-converting campaigns that drive engagement with clients and talent.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and deploy targeted email campaigns (nurture sequences, newsletters, promotional blasts) to attract clients (businesses) and candidates (talent). Segment audiences (e.g., tech hiring managers vs. data engineers) for hyper-personalized messaging. A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and layouts to optimize open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
- Automation & Workflows: Develop automated email sequences (e.g., welcome series, lead nurturing, re-engagement) using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign. Integrate email campaigns with LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator) and CRM pipelines for cohesive lead generation.
- Performance & Analytics: Track KPIs (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversion to demos/talent sign-ups). Provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on ROI to leadership.
- Compliance & Brand Voice: Ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance and maintain sender reputation. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to align emails with Augment101's brand (clear, professional, tech-savvy tone).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Business Development to support sales enablement emails (case studies, client testimonials). Work with HR to enhance talent acquisition campaigns (job alerts, onboarding sequences).
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in email marketing, preferably in B2B, staffing, or SaaS.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and basic HTML/CSS for email customization.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) and list segmentation.
- Strong copywriting skills—ability to tailor messaging for clients (business pain points) and candidates (career opportunities).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing and email analytics.
- Bonus: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or cold email outreach strategies.
