About the Role:

The Team:

You will join a very collegial and professional global team, where you will be able to collaborate and exchange domain knowledge and expertise in the department to provide the highest level of support to the workflow and department as a whole.

The Impact:

Your position will be critical in supporting the Translations workflow, directly linked to the department's KPIs and performance compared to other content teams in the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Conversion of text or image native financial documents into editable and usable files for further processing.
2. Selecting formatting such as size, style, column width, and spacing in financial tables.
3. Conducting layout, copy fitting, proofing, and posting of financial information.
4. Checking that the final product meets specifications and quality standards.
5. Daily reporting of work performed during the day in reporting tools.
6. Responding promptly and appropriately to emails from co-workers, seniors, and managers.
7. Demonstrating aptitude for learning new technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• BBA Finance, MBA Finance, ACCA Affiliate (with a maximum of 2 papers remaining if a Finalist), or a relevant accounting/finance degree.
• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant professional experience.

Shifts:

• Must be flexible to work in any shift as per business requirements.
