We are looking for a Video Content Specialist to create high-quality video content, including corporate sessions, vlogs, training materials, and promotional reels. If you have strong technical skills in video production, editing, and motion graphics with a creative mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute creative concepts for in-house video shoots.
Lead the entire video production process from storyboarding and planning to shooting and editing.
Capture and produce professional-quality videos, including corporate sessions, vlogs, training materials, and promotional reels.
Enhance video content with motion graphics and animations (e.g., animated intros, lower-thirds, transitions).
Edit platform-specific content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website.
Manage video projects from pre-production through post-production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement fresh ideas to improve creative strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing capabilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Expertise in video storytelling, including color correction, audio enhancement, motion graphics, and animations.
Strong understanding of platform-specific video formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
Excellent collaboration & communication skills.
