Stafflink is seeking a highly skilled Solidity Blockchain Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying secure and efficient smart contracts while ensuring compliance with best security practices and blockchain standards. You will collaborate with our team to build innovative Web3 and blockchain solutions for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and deploy Solidity-based smart contracts (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and custom standards).
  2. Implement whitelisting mechanisms using KECCAK hashing functions.
  3. Build and manage liquidity pool contracts and vesting schedule smart contracts.
  4. Optimize gas efficiency and contract performance.
  5. Stay up to date with Ethereum standards and blockchain innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of experience in Solidity development with a strong portfolio of deployed contracts.
  2. Strong understanding of Ethereum, OpenZeppelin, and smart contract security best practices.
  3. Experience with KECCAK hashing and cryptographic verification methodologies.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. If no CS or Engineering degree, a Master's degree in Physics or another scientific discipline is required.
  5. Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and decentralized applications (dApps).
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):
  1. Experience with Web3 wallet design and development.
  2. Familiarity with DeFi protocols and smart contract security audits.
  3. Proficiency in Python and Rust (bonus but not required).
  4. Hands-on experience with Ethereum Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, zk-rollups, etc.).
