The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies for a real estate company. This includes overseeing campaigns across outdoor media, print publications, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing within real estate or a related industry, with strong leadership, creative, and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement 360-degree marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets and media calendars.

Campaign Management

  • Lead execution of advertising campaigns across outdoor (billboards, signage), print (newspapers, brochures), and digital (social media, web, SEO/SEM) platforms.
  • Identify and negotiate with outdoor, print, and digital media agencies.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, production teams, and external vendors.
  • Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team, setting clear KPIs and growth goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and project teams to ensure alignment.

Brand Management

  • Oversee brand image, tone, and presence across campaigns, events, and public communications.
  • Develop compelling brand stories to engage target audiences.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign results, media performance, and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports and present insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or construction sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of branding and market trends.
