Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly driven Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help us grow our digital marketing client base through outbound calls and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and has experience in bidding platforms or outreach within the digital services industry.

What You'll Do:
  • Make 50–100 cold calls daily to potential clients.
  • Generate your own leads through research and outreach (LinkedIn, Upwork, bidding platforms, etc.).
  • Schedule qualified meetings with interested leads for our sales team to close.
  • Pitch our services, which include:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Website Development
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
  • Branding & Creative Strategy
  • Animations & Motion Graphics
  • Keep detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in our CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align messaging and strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in cold calling or sales outreach (experience with digital marketing services is a big plus).
  • Familiarity with freelancing/bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and consistent in performance.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, etc.

  • Flexible – choose to work remotely, onsite, or hybrid.
  • Most important: productivity and results.
