Now Hiring: Senior Moodle Developer – Lead Our LMS Project

Are you an experienced Moodle Developer ready to take full ownership of a high-impact project?

Osha Training School is building a custom Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up — and we're looking for a Senior Developer to lead the way.

This is a full technical leadership role where you'll have the freedom to architect, build, and launch a full-featured LMS solution that directly supports our organization's learning goals.

What You'll Do:


• Design and deploy a customized Moodle-based LMS


• Create custom plugins, themes, and third-party integrations


• Manage technical infrastructure, including server setup, security, and optimization


• Lead and mentor a small team of interns


• Work closely with stakeholders and instructional designers to align features with learning needs


• Provide technical documentation and support long-term maintenance


• Drive post-launch enhancements and improvements

What We're Looking For:


• 5+ years of solid Moodle development experience


• Experience with full LMS deployments and plugin development


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills


• Self-starter who can manage a project independently


• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI


• Experience with UX/UI for e-learning platforms


• Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, etc.)


• Lead a major initiative and own the tech roadmap


• Make a real impact from day one


• Mentor and manage junior team members


• Flexible, collaborative environment that values innovation

Timings: 12-9pm ( Monday-Friday)
