Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans based on PUBG MOBILE product updates and content releases.
  • Explore version gameplay features and monetization appeal to enhance player satisfaction, brand reputation, and positive sentiment.
  • Execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns—including creative assets, ad placements, PR communications, event marketing, and offline activations—aligned with market strategies.
  • Drive "brand-performance synergy," continuously optimize execution, and link outcomes to core business KPIs.
  • Manage partnership resources, budgets, project approvals, and post-campaign evaluations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of gaming industry experience; background in Marketing/Business Management preferred. Strong interest in marketing with innovative thinking and sharp market insight.
  • Passion for high-tech and internet industry/gaming, deep understanding of FPS products, familiarity with industry trends, and keen market awareness.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in cross-cultural, multi-timezone environments. High accountability, goal-driven execution, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken) for workplace use. Must be based in or relocate to Islamabad, Pakistan, and adapt to local work culture.
