Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CSR & Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, have strong communication skills, and are eager to kickstart their career in customer service and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by contacting prospects and leads.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely follow-through.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and feedback in CRM.
- Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline outreach efforts.
- Handle customer concerns and provide information about products/services.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
