Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager at Your Edu Connect, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing our marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, attract qualified leads, and drive business growth. Your key duties include:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
● Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company growth objectives.

● Design targeted campaigns for student recruitment, partnerships, and brand building.

● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and student needs.

Digital Marketing
● Manage all digital marketing activities, including social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and website updates.

● Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and inquiries.

Content Development
● Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital and print media (blogs, newsletters, website, social media).

● Develop promotional materials, brochures, and presentations to support outreach initiatives.

Event Management
● Organize and promote events such as webinars, education fairs, and open days.

● Build strong relationships with schools, universities, and other education partners for joint marketing activities.

Analytics and Reporting
● Track marketing KPIs and ROI across campaigns and provide regular performance reports.

● Analyze data to refine strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.

Team Collaboration
● Work closely with the Admissions, Counseling, and Operations teams to align marketing activities with organizational goals.

● Lead and mentor the marketing team to enhance productivity and creativity.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

● 2+ years of proven marketing management experience, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.

● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.

● Creative thinker with a strategic mind and hands-on approach.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Leadership qualities with a collaborative attitude.
