We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with UI/UX experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong aesthetic sense, a user-centered approach, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals and intuitive digital experiences. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to design visually appealing assets and develop seamless, user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create compelling visual designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, presentations, marketing materials, and branding assets.
  2. Design user interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile applications focusing on user experience.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  5. Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance UI designs and user experience.
  6. Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all platforms and materials.
  7. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong UI/UX portfolio.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  4. Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
  5. Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
  6. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional team environment.
  2. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is advantageous.
  3. Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
