Salesman (Lahore)

Job Description:

1. Get the sales and do marketing using various methods (door to door, cold calling, presentations etc.).
2. Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
3. Meet the personal and team sales targets.
4. Research accounts and generate or follow through sale leads.
5. Report and provide feedback to the reporting manager.
6. Provide assistance in store-related operations including loading and unloading of some of the store products or any other tasks.
7. Should be ready to perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
8. Deal with customers and build healthy relations with them in the store.
9. Pitch to new customers and clients in potential areas.
10. Prepare daily reports of your daily outgoing surveys.
11. Make phone calls to customers and update the management with any suggestions or feedback through reports.

Salary: Rs.25000 PKR /- plus good commission

Requirements:

1. Person must have its own bike.
2. Fuel and bike maintenance will be provided by the company.

6. Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
