We are searching for a Documentation Specialist. The Documentation Specialist will have to carry out multiple duties including support of the web project team, proposal writer, bid/tender writer, web content writer, process analyst, and web designer. Responsibilities include working with and supporting management, sales, and Web Consultants. Day-to-day duties in support of operations include but are not limited to: assisting consultants with project onboarding, creation/maintenance of weekly reports, coordination, and taking minutes of online meetings with international and local clients, general correspondence, and special projects as assigned.

Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. Strong project administration, interpersonal, and data management skills, with the ability to work quickly and effectively under tight deadlines.
  2. Perfect in English writing and spoken skills.
  3. Proficient in managing and manipulating large quantities of data, with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
  4. Must have strong Microsoft Project knowledge; preferably MS Project 2007.
  5. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize a number of time-sensitive assignments.
  6. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of personnel.
  7. Should have expert attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  8. Must be able to facilitate meetings.
  9. Should have the ability to grasp concepts quickly, take ownership of projects and processes, and maintain professionalism.
  10. Experience in a consulting services business a plus.
