  • Lead and manage day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation and distribution.

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Track and analyze logistics KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams for smooth supply chain flow.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
  • Handle operational issues such as transport delays, stock discrepancies, or equipment failures effectively.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support in planning manpower shifts, resource allocation, and workflow balancing.
  • Ensure timely data entry and reporting through ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Handle customer complaints related to logistics and initiate corrective actions.
  • Prepare and review documentation including delivery notes, invoices, gate passes, and shipment logs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance for outsourced logistics services.
  • Conduct safety briefings, training sessions, and regular toolbox talks for the logistics team.
