Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs interested in joining our platform.
  2. Research and identify potential restaurant partners and home chefs through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, providing them with information about our services, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Assess the suitability of potential partners based on our criteria, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  5. Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, demonstrating the value of joining our platform.
  6. Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  7. Assist in onboarding, ensuring partners have all the necessary information and resources to get started.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.

What You Need To Be Successful
  • MBA, BBA, B.Com from or equivalent from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
