Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible to wear washed and pressed proper uniform in duty hour.
  2. Resolve all customer queries related to Plumbing Work by using proper PPEs.
  3. Conduct initial inspection of premises to identify required Plumbing work and inform the operational supervisor before starting the work.
  4. Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment such as sinks, commodes, water heaters, and water softeners.
  5. Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and functionality.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve problems with plumbing systems, geysers, kitchen accessories, and washroom accessories.
  7. Install and maintain water supply systems.
  8. Locate and repair issues with the water supply.
  9. Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, and faucets.
  10. Purchase spare parts as per instructions from the Operational Supervisor.
  11. Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
  12. Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
  13. Safeguard the mobile phone and ensure appropriate use of mobile applications.
  14. Cooperate with customers in a professional and polite manner.
  15. Mark attendance in and out as per job timing.
  16. Ensure the safety of motorbikes, including cleaning, repair, and maintenance.
  17. Follow traffic rules.
  18. Work as a team player.
  19. Manage payments received from customers.
  20. Adhere to all SOPs and policies of the company.
Job Specification

COMPETENCY LEVEL

Minimum Education: DAE / Mechanical Diploma

Minimum Experience: 2 - 3 Years relevant field
