Job Title: Senior Tax Reviewer (US Tax)

Job Summary

Seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Tax Reviewer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness in the preparation and review of U.S. tax returns. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of U.S. tax regulations, and a sharp eye for detail.

1. Review financial and tax documents for accuracy and completeness.

2. Apply rigorous review procedures to ensure high-quality deliverables.

3. Analyze and interpret various U.S. tax returns, including:

1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, and 990 (Non-Profit)

4. Evaluate tax implications in diverse scenarios such as:

b. IRA contributions (ROTH & Traditional)

c. Multi-state tax compliance

5. Conduct tax research and apply insights to real client cases.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or tax issues.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

ACCA/ CA / CPA / EA preferred (or equivalent international credentials)

Experience:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. tax preparation and review

Technical Skills:

Proficient in tax software such as Drake, Lacerte, Ultratax, or similar

Required Tax Knowledge:

1. In-depth understanding of IRS forms (1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 990)

2. FBAR (FINCEN), Rental/Property sale reporting

3. IRA contributions (ROTH & Traditional)

4. Multi-state tax compliance

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail

Accountability and ownership

Working Conditions
