We're seeking a Sr. Swift developer with 5 years of experience who will be responsible for creating and maintaining iOS and OS X apps for platforms such as mobile phones, tablets, and PCs. The creation of such apps and their integration with back-end services will be your primary focus. You'll collaborate with other engineers and developers working on various layers of the infrastructure.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
  • Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with performance and memory tuning using appropriate tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
  • In-depth knowledge of Swift and its environments
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Cocoa APIs on OS X.
  • Excellent understanding of performance limitations and features
  • Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading.
  • Experience with embedded databases and other system data stores.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs for back-end service integration.
  • Strong awareness of UI design and a user-centered approach.
  • Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is a plus.
  • Understanding of automated testing platforms and unit testing.
