Role Summary

As an Expert Level Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing complex software solutions. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure code quality while working on mission-critical applications across a range of industries and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and support.
  • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications.
  • Review, refactor, and optimize code to ensure performance and maintainability.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end technologies for seamless user experiences.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose technical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Maintain documentation of architecture, processes, and coding standards.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience in software engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Laravel, Django, .NET, Spring).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Plus knowledge of Android and iOS development
  • Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
