Job Title: Assistant Manager - Operations

Job Type: Full time (On-site)

Job Description:

  1. Ensure all the account opening forms are timely processed in correspondence with the partner bank and the internal stakeholders.
  2. Deliver end-to-end KYC onboarding lifecycle service for new customers in liaison with the Merchant Acquisition team.
  3. Ensure defined KYC standards are well maintained per the guidelines of the regulator and the partner bank.
  4. Coordinate with partner bank and internal stakeholders for pre-requisite documentation and discrepant cases.
  5. Supervise and ensure all the merchant reporting is timely done.
  6. Provide customer support via voice, video calls, or e-mails.
  7. Reconcile settlement reports with various reports to ensure the merchants have received their settlement and provide assistance on queries pertaining to the settlement.
  8. Supervise and ensure charge back claims are dealt within the defined TAT.
  9. Ensure service level queries are dealt within the defined TAT.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders pertaining to merchant onboarding timelines, regional division, etc.
  11. Work on any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required Experience & Skills:

  1. Minimum of 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
  2. Minimum 02 years of working experience in a commercial bank.
  3. Working knowledge of KYC, SECP Documentation, and regulatory requirements of SBP.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
