We provide expert guidance, application support, and career counselling to students aspiring for international education opportunities.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, build brand awareness, and drive student engagement.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and promote UAPP's educational services. Your role will involve digital marketing, branding, partnerships, and lead generation to ensure maximum outreach and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and student outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, student preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, events, and paid advertising).
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) to engage with students.
  • Implement SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Create compelling blog posts, newsletters, and video content to educate and attract students.
  • Optimize student inquiry forms and landing pages for better conversion rates.

Branding & Communications

  • Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
  • Develop engaging student testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop marketing materials.
  • Establish partnerships with schools, universities, and influencers to boost student recruitment.
  • Plan and execute student fairs, webinars, and open house events.
  • Coordinate with international universities to promote UAPP's consultancy services.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Analyze key metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly reports and recommendations for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or student recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
  • Experience with content creation, copywriting, and video marketing.
  • Familiarity with education consultancy, student recruitment trends, and international admissions.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
