  • Ensuring that all staff are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability status etc.
  • Ensuring that all services are extended to all individuals equally and equitably
  • Keep the office premises clean and tidy
  • Run errands and carrying out other tasks needed to run the office smoothly
  • Keep stationery items and register up-to-date
  • Ensure availability and proper stocking of necessary office supplies (for cleaning of office)
  • Report major/minor damage of office premises and equipment
  • Clean office premises
  • Serve water/tea/coffee to guests and visitors during meetings and as requested
  • Responsible to keep warehouse & project cupboards organized
  • Ensure hygiene while working in kitchen and ensure cleanliness
  • Support office/project logistics
  • Make photocopies, scan and bind documents, when required
  • Maintain papers in photocopiers
  • Assist in organizing workshops, if and when required
  • Help in preparing folders and other administrative documents required for workshops, meetings, etc.
  • Assist Administration Specialist with managing inventory
  • Help with transport goods from/to office
Requirements
  • Primary school education
  • At least 3 years' work experience in a comparable position with references
