Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to support prospective and current students through academic counseling, admissions facilitation, and overall student engagement. This role also assists with administrative and campus coordination responsibilities in collaboration with faculty and program leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic programs, career pathways, and available opportunities

Facilitate the admission process, guiding students and families from inquiry to enrollment

Provide academic and career guidance, including help with CVs and interview preparation

Support program leads in managing student queries and academic progress

Participate in campus events, student society activities, and onboarding sessions

Assist with organizing campus visits, info sessions, and outreach initiatives

Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation

Collaborate with the administrator to support day-to-day campus operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in student affairs, admissions, counseling, or academic administration

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Understanding of career development tools and student support services

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a student-centric environment

Location: Bosan Road, Multan
