Job Description:

DART'S Solutions is located just north of Toronto, Canada and has been providing Social Services Solutions and Applications since 2009. Our vision is to empower people with developmental disabilities to live dignified and independent lives that allow them to be part of their community and achieve their personal goals. We achieve this by working closely with registered charities and government agencies focused on helping those in need.

We are currently looking for a Remote Position to fulfill the role of Project Delivery Facilitator.

Responsibilities and Abilities

  1. Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  2. Outline, define, and initiate the project.
  3. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  4. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  6. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
  7. Implement document control policies and documentation templates.
  8. Maintain a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
  9. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  10. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  11. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
  12. Ensure project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

Communication Skills and Qualifications

  1. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  2. Experience using Slack, Asana, and Basecamp to manage workflow.
