Overview

Senior Java Developer, Trilogy (Remote) - $60,000/year USD. This full-time, remote role is with Trilogy and is contracted through Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Utilizing advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to proactively identify, diagnose, and rectify product defects and bugs.
  • Employing AI development agents to craft, innovate, and deploy state-of-the-art features for cloud-native applications.
  • Partnering with a diverse global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Endless Infrastructure Tasks: We minimize routine infrastructure work to maximize your time on innovation.
  • Excessive Meetings: We prioritize your expertise in development over prolonged discussions. More coding, less talking.
Senior Java Developer Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of AI-driven features to enhance workflows and provide cutting-edge tools for service providers.
Basic Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in commercial software development with a focus on production server-side web applications.
  • Proficiency in using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, ); we seek individuals with LLM experience, not traditional ML engineers.
  • A proactive approach to incorporating GenAI into your daily development processes.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. For details, see
