We are growing, and looking for a high-performing, self-sufficient SEO Specialist to join our globally distributed marketing team. This role is mission-critical: your work will help us dominate local markets, expand brand presence across the U.S., and support our aggressive acquisition and growth plans.

This role will report into the CMO, with regular collaboration with the CEO and CFO.

What You'll Own:

You'll be responsible for end-to-end SEO strategy and execution. This means:

Local SEO Mastery (Must-Have)

• Drive location page performance for 15+ local branches (and growing)
• Optimize GMB (Google Business Profiles), local citations, and map pack visibility
• Identify opportunities for new pages and review generation
• Conduct site audits, fix crawl issues, and improve site speed
• Ensure on-page tagging, schema markup, and indexing hygiene are top-tier
• Collaborate with dev/design teams to implement fixes

Strategic Prioritization + Reporting (Must-Have)

• Build clear reporting dashboards showing impact of SEO efforts
• Prioritize roadmap based on business outcomes (not vanity metrics)
• Communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Operate independently without needing micromanagement
• Identify, plan, and ship SEO projects with speed and precision
• Lead QA on your own implementations
• Partner with content writers and AI tools to generate SEO-driven content
• Collaborate on briefs, keyword selection, and formatting to maximize ranking potential
• Note: Strong writing is welcome but not required—we care more about effective collaboration than being the writer yourself

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in pest control, home services, or other local service industries
• Familiarity with U.S.-based search trends and customer behavior
• Comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, Surfer, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Prior work with multi-location businesses (franchise or acquisition-driven models a big plus)

Who You Are:

• Minimum 3 years, preferably 5–7 years experience in SEO with clear success stories, including progression to clear ownership over full SEO scope for a small to medium sized business
• Obsessed with measurable results
• Equal parts strategist and executor
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
• A proactive communicator—able to keep teams in the loop and ask for help when needed
• Must speak Fluent English
• Have North American market familiarity

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Package: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 per month (based on experience)
• Health Insurance: Provided
• Leave Policy: 10 sick leaves and 10 casual leaves annually. After completing one year of employment, an additional 10 vacation leaves are granted
