A leading tech-based logistics company is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Senior Finance Professional to join their rapidly growing team.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily cash balances.
  2. Deal with a number of banks for routine operational matters.
  3. Maintain banking relationships for all day-to-day banking activities.
  4. Perform procedures pertaining to Bank Reconciliations and ensure Bank Reconciliation is performed on a weekly and monthly basis.
  5. Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities.
  6. Liaison with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
  7. Provide advice on financial matters impacting the company as a whole.
  8. Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all financial activities.
  9. Assist team members in day-to-day financial operations.
  10. Arrange financial audits and reviews as required.
  11. Support other areas of the business, as needed.
  12. Assist Financial Controller in various operational and daily routine matters.
Skills Required:
  1. Excellent numeracy and financial skills.
  2. Ability to identify errors.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills with G/L analytical skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task and meet a tight timeline.
  5. Ability to lead and influence.
  6. Ability to work with little to no supervision in a team environment.
Experience & Qualifications Required:

5+ years of experience in core accounting and finance functions including hands-on experience in preparing multiple bank reconciliations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
