As a Project Manager at AIAGRUPO S.L, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering software projects on time and within scope. You will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that our projects meet or exceed client expectations. We are seeking a results-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication, managing expectations, and addressing client concerns.
  • Scope Management: Monitor and control project scope, identifying and mitigating potential scope creep.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client requirements.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, making optimal use of available resources.
  • Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget limits.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, track progress, and generate regular status reports for internal and client use.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the software industry.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
