The Division
Overview: Crosscap is a trusted partner for enterprise marketing teams, enhancing operational efficiency and revenue through innovative solutions. Our platform empowers marketing, merchandising, and operational teams across Fortune 1000 companies, enabling strategic Omni-channel campaigns.

The Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product team, translating our strategic roadmap into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate with the Head of Product, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the development of the right features.

This role is ideal for someone who values clarity, structure, and collaboration. You will help bridge the gap between product vision and execution, supporting client-driven enhancements.

The selected candidate will preferably work in our Karachi office as part of the resource-center team, extending the onshore R&D team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Product to understand goals and priorities.
  • Translate high-level initiatives into detailed requirements.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers for client-driven change requests.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user research.
  • Create documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data models.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood and feasible.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and QA.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain alignment between business needs, technical constraints, and user value.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business or Product Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience writing user stories and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Fluent in English; available to work during business hours from 6 AM PST to 5 PM PST.

Nice-to-Have

  • Understanding of UX principles and product design.
  • Ability to query data (SQL) or work with analytics tools.
  • Experience with API documentation or technical systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise marketing workflows.
  • MBA or related credentials.
