Job Objective: JiBe is a cloud-based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating, organizing, and managing Test Automation Resources.
  • Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running Test Cases.
  • Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.
  • Finding solutions for Object Identification issues and error handling issues.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Good understanding of Test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Ability to effectively prioritize assignments as well as unplanned issues.
  • Knowledge of Defect reporting and defect tracking tools (Bugzilla, Bug Tracker, Jira, QC).
  • Knowledge of web-based applications is a must (hands-on product automated testing is preferable).
  • SQL database knowledge.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Responsible for overall QA activities.
  • Estimating QA effort required and managing QA team tasks.
  • Handling Major releases, Minor releases, and Patch Releases for CDP.
  • Providing technical assistance in automation and code automation if required.
  • Planning and preparing QA environments for testing.
  • Requires Linux and Windows-based shell scripting experience.
  • Managing a QA team of 10+ QA engineers comprising automation engineers and Manual QA engineers.
  • Liaising with Engineering and Support teams for bug fixes, hot fixes, and patch releases.
  • Researching and developing automation tools for automation testing.
  • Mentoring QA team members and providing guidance to QA automation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/MS or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in testing/quality assurance of software products/applications.
  • Passionate, strong team player, self-motivated, and focused on quality and timely delivery.
  • Good hands-on experience with Testim.io.
  • Any experience on Windows/Cloud/Mobile would be a huge plus.
  • Should have worked in the capacity of a Test Lead/Manager for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Should have handled end-to-end testing/QA for large projects/products.
  • Strong experience in automation tools like QTP, Selenium, JMeter, etc.
  • Ability to analyze and report QA test results, project tracking, and product release readiness.
  • Experience in defining Road Map for Testing Activity, defining testing strategy/process, solution offerings, technology consulting, and thought leadership.
