Role Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor – MEP will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on assigned projects. This includes cost planning, tender support, contract management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all MEP systems.
  • Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from drawings and specifications.
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions.
  • Monitor project budgets and manage cost control throughout execution.
  • Prepare payment applications, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with site teams for work verification and billing.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in MEP quantity surveying.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.
  • Familiarity with standard forms of contract (FIDIC preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
