About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development Team. In this role, you'll proactively connect with business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers to pitch Alpha Digital's services and book product demos, which will be a part of your KPIs. Your success will directly contribute to our client acquisition efforts and overall revenue growth.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a performance-based environment, is passionate about digital marketing, and has prior business development experience in the marketing industry.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate outbound contact via cold calls, emails, text messages and using platforms such as Linkedin Navigator and other toolsto identify potential clients in the US and UAE markets.
  • Understand and pitch Alpha Digital's service offerings, including SEO, branding, PPC, web development, and white-label marketing.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, marketing challenges, and readiness to engage.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the senior sales or marketing team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of outreach efforts and prospect engagement.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing to engage in meaningful client conversations.
  • Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified lead quotas.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, branding, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international markets (US).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • A hunter mindset with a proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Must be based in or near Lahore and open to hybrid working arrangements.
