About The Role

Reckitt is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to manage factory procurement with precision and passion. This strategic role involves developing cost-effective sourcing strategies and maintaining robust supplier relationships. If you excel in negotiation and want to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Your responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes including issuing purchase orders, managing contracts, and overseeing product deliveries to factories.
  • Assess and select suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and foster strong agreements ensuring value and quality.
  • Build and maintain supplier partnerships, ensuring high performance and resolving challenges.
  • Coordinate with various teams to align procurement plans with business objectives and operations.
  • Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve procurement efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven success in raw material procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and leadership confidence.
  • Excellent project management skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement tools and MS Office.
  • Experience in supply chain management, logistics, vendor and contract negotiations.
