ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries.

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our day-to-day social media presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting campaigns that drive growth, awareness, and community across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content teams to create visually compelling posts and stories
  • Monitor trends, pop culture moments, and news to produce timely and relevant content
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive community tone
  • Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars and campaigns
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics; provide regular reporting and insights
  • Support influencer collaborations and UGC initiatives
  • Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and best practices
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of all major platforms and their nuances
  • Excellent writing, captioning, and communication skills
  • A strong eye for design and visual storytelling (experience with Canva or Adobe is a plus)
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • A genuine passion for social media and digital culture
Plus Points:
  • Experience working with influencers or creators
  • Understanding of SEO, content strategy, and trends
  • Knowledge of the remittance/fintech industry is a plus
