About the role:

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support our Investment Management function. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career finance professionals to gain hands-on experience in project finance, budgeting, and capital expenditure planning within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Initiation & Setup: Ensure smooth onboarding of new projects into financial systems with full compliance and documentation.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget allocations, transfers, and reversals per project needs and approval processes.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports to track performance and budget utilization.
  • Performance Review Support: Provide analytical support for monthly review meetings and offer commentary on financial progress.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with project and plant teams to address financial issues and align budgets.
  • Capital Expenditure Planning: Assist in annual Capex budget planning and consolidation across departments.
  • Project Closure: Manage timely closure of completed projects, including reconciliations and system updates.
  • Special Assignments: Support strategic tasks and initiatives assigned by senior management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, or project accounting
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ambition to grow in a dynamic, investment-focused finance team
