  • 5 years of experience is required in the same industry.
  • Knowledge of core Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, Printing), virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware), NetApp storage solutions, FlexPod architecture, databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL), MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and web technologies is highly desirable.
  • Deliver the required technical service outcomes, as planned.
  • Contribution in key technology design decisions, guide technical teams through various phases & report the progress to the concerned management and project stakeholders.
  • Create feasible optimal infrastructure solutions that meet customer needs and minimize the risk.
  • Contribute to the development of the human resource capabilities to meet the company's goals and objectives.
  • Should be able to work efficiently and effectively across diverse cultures and time-zones.
