Sales Specialist

Officium Solutions PVT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our trucking team. This role involves prospecting, selling trucking services, and building relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales:
Prospect and sell trucking services to existing and new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Negotiate contracts and close deals in a competitive sales environment.
Meet or exceed sales targets regularly.
Market & Industry Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations (FMCSA guidelines).
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Sales experience in the trucking or transportation industry.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
Experience with transportation management systems.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Availability to work Monday-Friday with occasional evening or weekend work.
