About The Role

VIDIZMO is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphics & UI/UX Designer to craft high-impact visuals and user-centric marketing assets that communicate our brand value across channels. This role is ideal for a designer who blends strong design aesthetics with AI-powered creativity tools to accelerate output and streamline production. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and business development teams to create collateral that drives engagement, leads, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design for Marketing
  • Design compelling digital graphics for:
  • Social media campaigns (LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
  • Email banners and HubSpot assets
  • Infographics and product explainers
  • Landing pages and web visuals
  • Event visuals (standees, rollups, presentation decks)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Create visual content aligned with marketing campaigns, including Redactor, DEMS, and EnterpriseTube promotions.

Collateral Design for Business Development
  • Design engaging:
  • Pitch decks
  • Case studies and one-pagers
  • Capability statements
  • Partner marketing materials
  • Visualize data-driven stories to support account-based marketing and sales enablement.

AI-Enhanced Design Workflow
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, RunwayML, Figma AI) to:
  • Accelerate asset creation
  • Generate concept variations quickly
  • Personalize visuals at scale
  • Enhance creative experimentation

Collaboration
  • Work closely with:
  • Content and campaign managers to co-create assets
  • Business development for sales-specific materials
  • Web team to align graphics with digital experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience designing for B2B marketing or SaaS companies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and sales collateral (required).

Tools & Technologies
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Canva Pro or equivalent for rapid creative delivery
  • PowerPoint (for sales decks and presentations)
  • Figma or Adobe XD (for marketing UI mockups)
  • AI tools for design (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)

Knowledge & Soft Skills
  • Understanding of brand systems, design hierarchy, and marketing funnel touchpoints
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple design requests with fast turnaround
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with SaaS marketing design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms for asset creation
  • Basic knowledge of motion design (After Effects or AI video tools)
