About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Cold Caller & Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients in the healthcare industry, promoting our services, generating leads, and building professional relationships. Knowledge of medical billing is a strong advantage, as it helps in understanding client needs and addressing their pain points effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to clinics, healthcare providers, and medical practices to introduce our services.
- Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Draft and send targeted email marketing campaigns to generate interest and engagement.
- Manage and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies and achieve lead generation targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and build strong communication pipelines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.
- Medical billing knowledge or experience will be considered a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
