
Business Development Manager – Corporate Tourism

About Us:
Global Tourism Travel is a leading tourism company specializing in premium corporate and private travel experiences across Pakistan's most beautiful destinations — from Swat and Hunza to Skardu and Kashmir. We are now expanding our corporate client base and looking for an ambitious and confident Business Development Manager to help us build powerful partnerships with companies across Pakistan.
Job Purpose:
Your core responsibility will be to generate leads, contact decision-makers, and book at least 5 meetings daily with high-value corporate clients such as software houses, hospitals, schools, pharma, and other industries. You'll introduce them to our customized corporate tour packages and help convert meetings into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients (HR, Admin, CEOs, etc.)
- Make daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to schedule meetings
- Book 5 qualified meetings per day with companies
- Prepare and present customized travel/tour solutions in the meetings
- Maintain an organized tracker for leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build and maintain relationships for repeat bookings and referrals
- Report daily/weekly progress and KPIs
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in corporate sales, B2B marketing, or business development
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and client handling
- Excellent communication in both Urdu and English
- Confident personality — must be comfortable talking to CEOs and Admins
- Strong skills in client research using LinkedIn, Google, directories, etc.
- Highly self-driven and target-oriented
- Experience in the travel, tourism, or events industry is a big plus
KPIs (Performance Targets):
- Minimum 5 new meetings booked daily
- Minimum 20 outbound reach-outs (calls/emails/LinkedIn) per day
- Weekly reporting with accurate data (leads, calls, meetings, outcomes)
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary (market competitive based on experience)
- High Commission per successful deal closed

Working Hours:
- Full-time, 6 days a week
- Some flexible hours based on client availability
