We're Hiring UI/UX Design Specialist

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM)

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Salary: 90K-110K PKR (Based on experience & skills)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Specialist to join our dynamic team and craft innovative design solutions that captivate users worldwide

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. User-Centric Designs: Conduct user research, usability testing, and create intuitive, visually appealing UI/UX designs.
  2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low, mid, and high-fidelity wireframes in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
  3. Interactive Prototypes: Create engaging and interactive prototypes for testing and user validation.
  4. Responsive UI Development: Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular) to build pixel-perfect, responsive web and mobile interfaces.
  5. Emerging Tech & Enterprise Solutions: Design immersive experiences for AR/VR interfaces and optimize UI for LMS, CMS, PMS, HRMS, and enterprise-level software.
  6. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into seamless user experiences.
  7. Clear Communication: Translate complex ideas into clear and effective visual concepts.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
  3. Strong skills in information architecture, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
  4. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  5. Experience in front-end customization for enterprise-level software solutions.
  6. A keen eye for modern design trends and a problem-solving mindset.
