Job Description
  • Drive sales of dairy and feed additive products within the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, dairy farmers, and feed mills.
  • Train and manage field sales representatives to ensure high performance.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, farm meetings, and technical presentations.
  • Organize farmer seminars, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Monitor credit control (25 days) and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Submit accurate area sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
