How you will contribute

You will:

  • Define and develop In store Standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy, adapt it to each retail environment by customer and all supporting rationale and customer stories
  • Lead end to end delivery of displays.
  • Use Mondelēz International harmonized displays & design simplification principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate clear status of projects
  • Perfect Store KPIs tracking and identify distribution opportunities – analysis, action plan and activities execution
  • Provide support with fast track: analyze, calculate, prepare for revision, sign off and monitor priorities and results together with Category Planning and activation
  • Manage all activities in line with budgets agreed

What you need to know about this position:

As a Perfect Store Manager, you will be the lead for the PS growth pillar and the expert in creating and executing the Picture Of Success across different channels of Perfect Store outlets, creating high impactful visibility in stores. You will be working closely with Key Account Managers and Brand Managers in execution of Perfect Store Picture of Success, with competitive offerings to retailers. Your primary responsibilities would include planning & execution of visibility plans, delivering on annual KPIs such as SOS, MSL, OSA along with monitoring the competitive landscape and growing the categories under the Perfect Store growth lever.
