ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Marketing Associate/Executive with a strong background in video editing and expertise in LinkedIn growth to join our team. This role demands a jack-of-all-trades who can seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced environment, bringing innovative marketing strategies to life and enhancing our brand's visual and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce high-quality work that resonates with our diverse client base.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including LinkedIn growth tactics, to increase brand awareness and drive business growth across digital platforms.
  • Produce engaging graphic and video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gauge customer needs, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
  • Provide creative direction and support to other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a marketing/marketing adjacent role with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other design and video editing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with social media, content creation, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects from conception to completion.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Natural creative with attention to detail.
  • Open to feedback and pushing creative boundaries.
  • Fun, not judgmental.
  • Sense of humor is a must.
