Responsibilities

  1. Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, and CSS to enhance store design and functionality
  2. Implement front-end adjustments, including layout modifications, typography, and responsive design
  3. Optimize Shopify storefronts for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
  4. Modify and extend existing Shopify sections and templates to meet business requirements
  5. Work with Shopify apps and third-party integrations to enhance store features

Required Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Shopify's Liquid templating language
  2. 1+ years' experience in Shopify frontend development
  3. Experience with Shopify's theme customization, including section-based themes and Online Store 2.0
  4. Ability to modify and create Shopify Snippets, Sections, and Templates
  5. Understanding of Shopify's theme structure and front-end best practices
  6. Experience troubleshooting front-end display issues and making UI/UX improvements
  7. Familiarity with Shopify's theme editor and customization tools
  8. Ability to take and follow instructions
  9. Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment
  10. Must be able to work within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Knowledge of basic SEO principles and web performance optimization
  2. Understanding of Shopify's checkout and cart customization
