Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Greenhouse Manager with expertise in agriculture and hydroponics. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of greenhouse operations, from managing crops to ensuring optimal growing conditions, while maintaining sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day greenhouse operations, including planting, harvesting, and general maintenance.
• Oversee the hydroponic system for both flowers and vegetables, ensuring optimal nutrient delivery and environmental conditions.
• Monitor plant health and address any pest or disease issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the agricultural team to implement innovative farming techniques.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train and supervise greenhouse staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 3 years in Agriculture and managing a greenhouse, with specific expertise in hydroponic systems.
• Strong knowledge of plant biology, nutrient management, and environmental control systems.
• Ability to analyze data to optimize growing conditions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
