Job Title: Finance Executive

We're seeking an experienced Finance Executive to oversee financial operations at our food manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will provide financial guidance, support, and analysis to plant leadership, driving business growth and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support plant business decisions.
  2. Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, optimizing plant expenses and improving profitability.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  4. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure plant financial performance, providing insights for improvement.
  5. Capital Expenditure Analysis: Evaluate and recommend capital expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  6. Financial Compliance: Ensure plant financial compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Business Partnership: Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and implement business strategies, providing financial guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CMA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, proficiency in financial management software, preferably SAP/ERP.
